We collect the minimum information necessary to process your order and nothing else.

What we collect:

Name, shipping address, email address, and payment information. Payment data is processed by Wix and never stored on our servers. Order fulfillment is handled by Printful, who receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order.

Analytics:

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site. This collects anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

We do not:

Sell your data. Share your data with third parties beyond Wix and Printful as described above. Send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in. Track you across other websites. Operate surveillance cameras. (The irony is noted.)

Your rights:

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will comply within 30 days.

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please consult the size guide before ordering. Think of this item like a piece of art, or part of history.

We will replace or refund your order if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective. Your order is lost in transit. You receive the wrong item.

To request a replacement or refund:

Email us within 10 days of your delivery date with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.

Orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful within 2–5 business days of purchase. Shipping times are in addition to production time.

Estimated delivery:

United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or acts of surveillance.

International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

The design, copy, and concept of I Consent To Being Watched are original works. You may not reproduce or resell them without permission.

Limitation of liability:

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from using these items in surveilled spaces, including but not limited to confused security guards, viral moments, or actual legal disputes with camera operators. You are on your own. Good luck. You'll look great.

Changes to these terms:

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance. We learned that from somewhere.
